Kwame Awuah-Darko is a highly regarded statesman, passionate agriculturist, and astute businessman. He is the founder of Nobi Agriculture Ltd, a limited liability Ghanaian agribusiness established in 2021. Under his leadership, Nobi Agriculture focuses on the large-scale farming and production of high-quality rice utilizing highly mechanized, sustainable, and internationally competitive methods. Bringing his enviable experience to the forefront, he champions a comprehensive "rice value chain farming" system, driving the company's ultimate goal to become the benchmark for commercial rice production in Ghana and across the African continent.
Agribusiness Consultant
Mr. Kwesi Korboe is a seasoned agribusiness and agri-finance professional with profound expertise in agricultural policy, development finance, and market systems across Africa. He served as the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (GIRSAL Ltd) from 2019 to June 2024, where he spearheaded the establishment of a national risk-sharing mechanism to expand financial lending to the agricultural sector. Currently an independent consultant, he previously served as a USAID Embedded Advisor to Ghana’s Ministry of Food and Agriculture. He holds an MA in Economic Policy Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Agricultural Administration, and a BSc in Agriculture (Hons) from the University of Ghana.

Alhaji Saibu Braimah is a highly respected farmer, rice miller, and key figure behind Tamanaa Rice in the Northern Region of Ghana. He is a prominent and passionate advocate for the local rice industry, frequently championing the needs of local farmers and millers. Alhaji Braimah actively highlights critical industry challenges, such as the destructive impact of smuggled imported rice on local markets and the urgent need for robust government and private sector support. He continues to be a leading voice in the campaign to make "Ghana rice" a national priority to ensure sustainable food security and economic stability.
